The Conference Hotel is Hotel Euro Plaza, Istanbul. It is a modest (****) hotel, as described in www.hoteleuroplaza.com.tr, which is very conveniently located for those who wish to participate in dining and cafe life of the "old" 18th-19th century Pera district of Istanbul. For those with finer tastes and bigger budgets, we will be happy to help find more suitable accommodation.

The special Conference rates for Hotel Euro Plaza are 85 USD (single) and 115 USD (double) per night. (The present special company and door rates shown in the hotel web site are off season rates which are not valid for the period of the Conference.)

Please return the accommodation form no later than May 15, 2000. Hotel deposits received after May 15 face the risk that accommodation may not be available at the discount rates obtained for the conference participants. Accommodation beyond the Conference dates will be available at the Conference rates, but early notification of the Congress Secretariat is recommended, accommodation will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

All cancellations should be made in a writing to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refunds on the hotel deposits will be valid for notifications received by June 1, 2000; no refunds will be possible thereafter.
